Swishlinks aimed to help creative professionals exhibit their work and foster connections, but user feedback revealed that the core functionality of introductions lacked desirability. Instead, users expressed frustration with existing ways of communicating experience that imposed content limitations and aesthetic requirements. We recognized this as an opportunity to pivot and prioritize the profile management tool, allowing users to create and share their professional stories in their desired format. By adopting familiar social media posting patterns and ensuring flexibility, we addressed the market need for an easy-to-use platform that overcame the challenges creative professionals faced in showcasing their work.

We developed a profile-first version of Swishlinks, empowering users to effortlessly create, share, and remix their professional stories without content limitations or the overhead of website creation and management.
